For OFCCP, It's Still (Mostly) All About Compensation – So, What Should Employers Do?

Earlier this year OFCCP Issued – and then hastily revised – its Directive 2022-01 which addresses pay analyses, privilege, and what OFCCP will demand during audits. This creates options, and challenges, that employers should carefully think through. Getting the strategy right can put an employer in a very good position during future audits. Getting this wrong may result in long, difficult audits and findings of pay discrimination by OFCCP. So, what are our options and best approach? Join us for this session and find out.
