Description: During this interactive session, DirectEmployers Executive Director Candee Chambers and John C. Fox of Fox, Wang & Morgan P.C. will discuss how to conduct unique compensation analyses of your workforce during pandemic conditions and revisions to hourly pay, salaries and hours worked. Among other things, Candee and John will start by discussing how to apply both “Cohort Analyses” and “Systemic Discrimination Analyses” to the various kinds of corporate reorganizations the Pandemic has brought on: for example, of employees with reduced pay and/or reduced hours and how to account for any “furloughed” employees. Candee and John will identify the documentation you will need to undertake compensation analyses as to a pandemic workforce and will also suggest collateral discrimination analyses you should consider undertaking to determine if reduced pay and/or reduced hours fall differentially on any one or more Protected Groups.
